Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between gateway tiers?
Basic covers basic firewall/NAT; its monthly price is in the pricing table above. Pro adds 100 Mbps-1 Gbps of bandwidth and advanced rules. Enterprise uses an advanced, high-capacity gateway for demanding requirements.
Is load balancing billed separately?
Yes, a load balancer is a separate line item from your gateway. It is not yet published as a list price — talk to us when you need one.
Is DNS management included?
Managed DNS is available from the panel but billed as a separate line item; you don't need to buy an external DNS service.
How do I connect my physical VLAN?
Our network team patches your VLAN into the right physical port, then you can assign servers to it directly.
How is VPN access secured?
OpenVPN connections are protected with username/password and an optional TOTP two-factor step.
How do I see network changes?
The visual topology screen shows your VPCs, servers and gateways on one live diagram.
