1. Parties and Seller Information
This agreement is made between the Seller identified below and the Buyer who purchases the service electronically, within the scope of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The Seller's trade name and full address appear in the legal identity block in the site footer; the tax office, tax identification number, MERSIS number and trade registry number are provided on request. 2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the provision of, and collection of payment for, the cloud infrastructure services the Buyer orders electronically through the Skypium panel (virtual servers, block and object storage, networking, backup and disaster recovery, managed databases and related services).
3. Service Fees and Payment
Service fees are usage-based and are calculated from the unit prices published in the panel. Published prices exclude VAT. The amount accrued at the end of a billing period is collected using the payment method defined on the Buyer's account; the payment method and collection date can be viewed in the panel.
4. Performance of the Service
The service is performed electronically and immediately after the order is confirmed. The Buyer accesses the service through their own account via the panel and the API. There is no separate physical delivery; the service is provided digitally.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal is limited for services performed instantly in an electronic environment. The cases in which the right of withdrawal may be exercised, its period and its procedure are set out separately on the Cancellation and Refund Terms page.
6. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; disputes exceeding those limits fall to the Consumer Courts.
