1. Service Description
Skypium is a cloud platform that delivers virtual servers, networking, storage, backup, and managed database services running on OpenStack infrastructure, all through a single panel.
2. Acceptance
By registering for the panel or beginning to use our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the service.
3. Fair Use
You may not use your resources in a way that negatively affects other users' quality of service or jeopardizes the stability of the platform. Accounts found to be engaging in abuse may have resources limited or be suspended.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." Aside from the SLA commitment described separately below, no additional warranty is given that the service will run uninterrupted or error-free. Liability for indirect damages (lost profit, data loss, etc.) is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time. In the event of a breach of these terms, Skypium reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account with reasonable notice.
6. Right to Change
These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Material changes are announced via the panel or by email; the current version is published on this page.
